Enrique has been in the restaurant business for 36 years. since his start at Harry's Bar in Cuernavaca, he has worked in Taxco, Acapulco, Mexico City and, since '77, in Puerto Vallarta.

Here's a great gift idea. Buy a genuine oak barrel with a liter of Tequila inside for 320 pesos. Keep it for a couple of months and you'll have Reposada (Aged) Tequila.
